Product Description

Thermo-Plastic-Rubber Material

1.TPR rubber has excellent resilience, good wear resistance, anti-slip and shock absorption performance.TPR material is softer and more comfortable than rubber, but its tensile strength, fatigue resistance and mechanical properties are inferior to those of vulcanized rubber.

2.The operating temperature range is -45 to 90℃. The TPR material usually referred to is based on SBS substrate, and its chemical properties are as follows: average weather resistance and aging resistance, with a temperature resistance of 70 to 75℃. If materials with good aging resistance and temperature resistance are needed, modified materials based on SEBS can be selected.

3.Hardness characteristics: The hardness of TPR material can be adjusted within the Shore hardness range of 5 to 100 degrees, while the modified material based on SEBS can be adjusted to an even lower hardness.

4.Processing characteristics: TPR material has excellent bonding performance with certain adhesives, inks, etc., and has good oil spray screen printing processability.

5.The TPR material, as an environmentally friendly soft rubber, has been tested for major hazardous substances such as phthalates, nonylphenol NP, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs. It complies with the environmental protection testing standards of ROHS,REACH,EN71-3, and ASTMF963.

1. Toy car tires, wheel covers, track washers, buffers, hard rubber wheel shock absorption protective covers and anti-slip devices.

Performance features:

1. The material is available in semi-transparent, highly transparent, white and black, with high tensile strength, high modulus and high elasticity.

2. It has excellent shock absorption, anti-slip and wear-resistant performance. 

3. Both glossy and moldy surfaces are acceptable. It features a smooth appearance and a comfortable rubber soft texture.

4. It is easy to process and color. The sprue material can be 100% recycled and reused, reducing losses without affecting the physical properties of the product.
