Silane cross-linked polyethylene is formed by grafting silane onto polyethylene and then hydrolyzing and polycondensation to create a three-dimensional network cross-linked structure, which can significantly improve the performance of the material. Compared with uncross-linked polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene has: In a higher temperature environment, it achieves a longer service life, better aging resistance, better creep resistance, better chemical corrosion resistance, better impact resistance, better wear resistance, better resistance to rapid crack spread, excellent resistance to slow crack growth, and better resistance to environmental stress cracking.
