Thermoplastic Vulcanizate

TPV thermoplastic elastomer dynamic vulcanization rubber, dynamic total vulcanization: It refers to the process in which, during the melt blending of thermoplastic resin and rubber, the rubber phase undergoes chemical cross-linking under the action of a crosslinking agent, and is sheared and broken into a large number of micron-sized cross-linked rubber particles under the strong mechanical shearing effect, which are dispersed in the continuous phase of the thermoplastic resin.
