Our PPS granules triumph over the limitations of conventional PPS, tackling brittleness, insufficient toughness, and low impact resilience with finesse. They exhibit remarkable high-temperature endurance, exceptional radiation resistance, superb flame retardancy, and are imbued with high strength and dimensional stability. This premium material showcases extraordinary melt durability, unparalleled chemical corrosion resistance, and superior dielectric properties alongside its outstanding wear resistance. The modification process, enriched with glass fiber, minerals, and carbon fiber reinforcements, culminates in a product of unmatched excellence, unlocking new horizons in industrial versatility.

Our PPS boasts remarkable electrical insulation, particularly adept at high-frequency insulation. It is characterized by a distinctive, white, hard, and brittle composition that, when dropped, produces a crisp, metallic sound. Its light transmission prowess is second only to organic glass, while its water resistance and chemical stability remain unwavering, delivering consistent performance.
Notably, it is equipped with an exceptional flame-retardant property, classifying it as non-combustible plastic.

Boasting commendable strength and rigidity, our PPS does have a brittle quality that can lead to stress-induced cracking. It is vulnerable to organic solvents like benzene and gasoline. This material can endure temperatures reaching up to 260 degrees, and maintains its stability at 400 degrees in air or nitrogen. Through the infusion of glass fiber and other reinforcing materials, impact strength is significantly enhanced, while heat resistance and mechanical properties receive a substantial boost. Its density increases to 1.6-1.9, and molding shrinkage is refined to a range of 0.15-0.25%, making it ideal for heat-resistant, insulating, and chemical instrument applications, as well as optical components.
