PPS granules are the solution to the issue of brittleness, poor toughness, and low impact resistance in regular PPS. It possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, high strength, high dimensional stability, good melt durability, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent dielectric performance, and wear resistance. The modification process, which includes adding glass fiber, mineral, and carbon fiber reinforcement, creates a vastly improved product that offers enhanced qualities that make it more versatile in industrial applications.

Electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation) excellent, white hard and brittle, falling on the ground with a metallic sound, light transmission second only to organic glass, coloring water resistance, chemical stability is good. Have
excellent flame retardant, non-combustible plastic.

General strength, rigidity is very good, but brittle quality, easy to produce stress brittle cracking; not resistant to benzene, gasoline and other organic solvents; long-term use of temperature up to 260 degrees, in 400 degrees in the air or nitrogen to maintain stability. By adding glass fiber or other reinforcing materials modified, can make the impact strength greatly improved, heat resistance and other mechanical properties have also improved, density increased to 1.6-1.9, molding shrinkage is smaller to 0.15-0.25%, suitable for making heat-resistant parts, insulation parts and chemical instruments, optical instruments and other parts.
