With impeccable strength and dimensional stability, they also offer impressive melt durability, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent dielectric performance, and wear resistance. The sophisticated modification process, incorporating glass fiber, mineral, and carbon fiber reinforcement, results in a significantly enhanced product. This evolution brings forth a plethora of refined qualities, rendering it a versatile powerhouse across various industrial applications.

The electrical insulation capabilities of this product are superb, especially in high-frequency scenarios. This white, hard, and brittle substance makes a distinct metallic sound upon impact, reminiscent of fine craftsmanship. With light transmission properties rivaling only organic glass, this material excels in coloring water resistance and boasts remarkable chemical stability.

While general strength and rigidity are commendable, the material is prone to stress-induced brittle cracking and is not immune to benzene, gasoline, and other organic solvents. However, it maintains stability during prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 260 degrees, and even at 400 degrees in air or nitrogen. Through the incorporation of glass fiber or other reinforcement materials, the impact strength receives a substantial boost, alongside enhanced heat resistance and other mechanical properties. The density increases to 1.6-1.9, and molding shrinkage is minimized to 0.15-0.25%.
