Our PPS granules are designed to address and overcome the common issues found in regular PPS, such as brittleness, poor toughness, and low impact resistance. These granules boast an array of exceptional features including outstanding high-temperature resistance, unmatched radiation resistance, superior flame retardancy, and impressive high strength. With excellent dimensional stability and melt durability, they resist chemical corrosion and provide remarkable dielectric performance and wear resistance. The modification process incorporates glass fiber, minerals, and carbon fiber reinforcements, resulting in a dramatically enhanced product. This advancement broadens the scope of industrial applications, offering versatile solutions.

The electrical insulation capabilities, particularly in high-frequency scenarios, are superb. The material is characterized by its white, hard, and brittle nature, which, when dropped, emits a distinct metallic sound. Its light transmission ranks second only to organic glass. It features excellent colorability, water resistance, and chemical stability.
This material is enriched with excellent flame retardant properties, making it a non-combustible plastic.

While the general strength and rigidity are commendable, the material is brittle and prone to stress-induced cracking. It is not resistant to organic solvents like benzene and gasoline. However, it can withstand prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 260 degrees and maintain stability at 400 degrees in air or nitrogen. By incorporating glass fiber or other reinforcing materials, the impact strength, heat resistance, and mechanical properties are significantly enhanced. The density increases to a range of 1.6-1.9, and molding shrinkage is reduced to 0.15-0.25%. These features make it ideal for manufacturing heat-resistant components, insulation parts, chemical instruments, optical instruments, and more.
